Payment for online orders may be made using the following methods:

What is your return policy?

DOIY items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.  Returns made within the 14 day period will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment, if item is unused and repackaged how originally sent.

How much does shipping cost? 

The shipping costs depend on the delivery address and amount of your order. Before checking out, use our shipping calculator to see the standard delivery shipping prices per country.

In how many days will my package be delivered?

The delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, this period will be treated as working days (Monday to Friday except holidays) and will apply the following conditions: The delivery time of 3-7 working days is an average, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, it may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. If for some reason, we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you and give the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date. Please note however that does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

What if my order hasn’t been delivered?

While we do our best to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that could prevent us from processing an order after we have sent the Order Confirmation. In this case, we will proceed to refund the amount paid by you. If the order cannot be delivered due to causes that do not depend on DOIYCUSTOM SL (as for instance absence of the client at the given address, after 2 attempts by the transit agency), the order will return to our facilities. It will be sent again only if the client accepts to pay again for the shipping cost.

Can I cancel my order?

The Customer may not request cancellation of order once payment has been made. Check: What is your return policy? 


Where do you ship to?

We ship everywhere in Europe! Our US website and market are currently being developed, so soon we will ship to the U.S., Canada and the rest of the world.

How long can I save ítems in my shopping bag?

You can keep items in your cart for 48 hours.

How long can I save items in my saved section? 

Your wishlist items will be saved for 30 days.
